The Powerbond-HPC brings Reliant’s fully modular and flexible assembly concept together with a high pressure system capable of applying significantly increased levels of pressure during heating and cooling.

Wide ranges of pressure options are available on the Powerbond HPC model. High levels of pressure can be applied and controlled in different zoned sections of the heating and cooling modules of the machine.

The modular system of heating, cooling, and pressure allows the capacity of machine to fit the process parameters required.

Materials of up to 150mm thick, which require laminating under high pressure and calibration of thickness or compression, can be run on the Powerbond-HPC. The system is ideal for production of pre-preg composites, compressed nonwovens, recycled materials, and similar products.
